These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Nutmond website (nutmond.com) and any purchase made through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our Site.

1. About Us

Nutmond sells premium dry fruits, nuts, and gift packs online, shipped within India. We are based in Pala, Kottayam, Kerala.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All product descriptions, images, weights, and prices are provided for general informational purposes and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free.

4. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products, which we may accept or decline (e.g. in case of stock unavailability or pricing errors).
  • We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
  • Orders are confirmed only once payment is successfully received (for online payments) or the order is placed (for COD).

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nutmond shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kottayam, Kerala.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
